"Caracoli" is french for "Peaberry". It refers to the spherical shape of the bean, since a single coffee bean was contained within the cherry. instead of the usual two that gives the "classic" rounded and flat shape of the coffee beans. giving it its spherical shape. With a dense, rustic taste of dry earth and spices, it's a little flavor bomb. Dark, full-bodied.
